College Planning Partnerships, LLC (“CPP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our students and families. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you regarding your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to services offered by College Planning Partnerships, LLC and programs operated under College Planning Partnerships, LLC, including All Girls’ Prep. References to “College Planning Partnerships” or “CPP” throughout this Privacy Policy include these programs unless otherwise stated.

This Privacy Policy applies to our tutoring, courses, standardized test preparation, academic tutoring, educational consulting, practice testing, communications, and online platforms and resources used to provide our services.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information

Depending on the services you use, we may collect information such as:

  • Student name

  • Parent or guardian name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • School and grade level

  • Scheduling and enrollment information

  • Billing and payment information

  • Other information voluntarily provided by students or families

Payment information is processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. College Planning Partnerships does not store complete credit card information on its own servers.

Academic and Educational Information

To provide personalized educational services, we may collect or maintain information such as:

  • SAT, ACT, PSAT, AP, and other test scores

  • Practice test results

  • Academic performance information voluntarily provided to us

  • Homework and assignments

  • Customized study plans

  • Tutor notes

  • Session history and attendance

  • Progress information and reports

  • Other educational information voluntarily shared with us

Information You Provide to Us

We may also collect information that you voluntarily provide through enrollment forms, emails, telephone calls, text messages, surveys, meetings, tutoring sessions, or other communications with College Planning Partnerships.

2. How We Use Information

College Planning Partnerships may use personal and educational information to:

  • Provide tutoring and educational services

  • Develop personalized study plans and recommendations

  • Match students with appropriate tutors

  • Schedule and manage tutoring sessions

  • Monitor student progress

  • Communicate with students and parents or guardians

  • Process payments and maintain billing records

  • Provide customer support

  • Maintain appropriate educational and business records

  • Improve our programs and services

  • Protect the safety and integrity of our services

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. How We Share Information

College Planning Partnerships does not sell or rent personal information.

We may share information when reasonably necessary to provide our services, operate our business, or comply with legal obligations. This may include sharing appropriate information with:

  • Authorized College Planning Partnerships employees, tutors, and contractors

  • Wise, our learning and tutoring management platform

  • Virtual meeting services used to conduct tutoring and courses

  • Stripe and other payment-processing services

  • Google Workspace and Google Voice

  • Educational tools and resources used during instruction, such as Desmos and College Board Bluebook

  • Other service providers that support our educational or business operations

  • Government agencies, courts, or other entities when disclosure is required by applicable law

We limit access to student and family information based on what is reasonably necessary to provide our services and operate our programs.

4. Children’s Privacy

Many College Planning Partnerships students are minors. We take the privacy of children and students seriously.

When a student is under 18, we generally collect personal and educational information through the student’s parent or legal guardian, with the parent or guardian’s knowledge, or as otherwise appropriate for providing educational services.

For children under 13, a parent or legal guardian must provide any consent required for the child to use online services or for personal information to be collected where applicable.

Parents and legal guardians may contact College Planning Partnerships with questions about personal information we maintain regarding their child or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

5. Payment Information

College Planning Partnerships uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to securely process payments.

Payment information submitted through these services is processed according to the payment processor’s own privacy and security practices. College Planning Partnerships does not store complete credit card numbers on its own servers.

6. Third-Party Services

College Planning Partnerships uses third-party technology and educational services to provide and manage our programs. These may include Wise, virtual meeting services, Stripe, Google Workspace, Google Voice, Desmos, College Board Bluebook, and other tools used in connection with our educational services.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.

Wise serves as our primary learning and tutoring management platform. Information processed through Wise is also subject to Wise’s Privacy Policy.

7. Group Course Recordings

College Planning Partnerships may record group course sessions so enrolled students can review course material, study, or watch a session they missed.

College Planning Partnerships does not record one-on-one tutoring sessions.

Group course recordings are maintained within our internal learning platform and may be accessed by College Planning Partnerships administrators, course tutors, and students enrolled in the applicable course. Recordings are intended solely for educational and internal program purposes and may not be downloaded, copied, distributed, published, or shared outside the course unless expressly authorized by College Planning Partnerships.

Group course recordings are deleted 90 days after the conclusion of the applicable course.

Course recordings will not be used for advertising, social media, testimonials, or other public promotional purposes without separate appropriate consent.

8. Data Security

College Planning Partnerships uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

We also use third-party service providers to support the secure operation of our educational and business services. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and College Planning Partnerships cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

College Planning Partnerships retains personal and educational information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain appropriate educational and business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.

Group course recordings are subject to the specific 90-day-after-course retention period described above.

Information processed by third-party service providers may also be subject to those providers’ own retention practices.

10. Your Choices and Requests

Students, parents, and guardians may contact College Planning Partnerships to:

  • Update contact or account information

  • Correct inaccurate personal information

  • Ask questions about information maintained by College Planning Partnerships

  • Request access to certain personal information

  • Request deletion of personal information where appropriate and permitted by law

We may need to retain certain information when reasonably necessary for legal, financial, contractual, dispute-resolution, educational, or legitimate business purposes.

11. Marketing and Testimonials

College Planning Partnerships will not use a student’s name, image, testimonial, review, identifiable academic results, or other personally identifiable student information for public marketing or promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

Consent for testimonials, reviews, photographs, student success stories, or similar promotional uses will be requested separately from acceptance of this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Declining such optional consent will not affect a student’s ability to receive College Planning Partnerships services.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

College Planning Partnerships may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or applicable laws.

The most current version of this Privacy Policy will be made available to clients. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
